Foundations For The Frontlines originated in Colorado with the plan to grow to a Nationwide platform. We work in conjunction with several other Brokerages throughout the Country.
COLORADO
Corey Popejoy
Corey is a Colorado Native and was born in Steamboat Springs Colorado. Prior to his career in Real Estate, he spent six years building custom homes and eight years in the Army as a Paratrooper. During his career in the military he was deployed a total of six times, three times to Afghanistan and three times to South America. He was awarded one Bronze Star, four Army Commendation Medals, one Joint Service Achievement Medal, five Army Achievement medals, two Good Conduct Medals, Airborne Wings, German Wings, Honduran Wings, Colombian wings, and an Honorable discharge from the U.S. Army.
He brings a vast array of experience in international relations, Veterans relations, Government Contracting, and Construction to Price & Co Homes. He enjoys time with his family and dogs, dirt biking, traveling, working out , and giving back to the community. He became a Realtor to help give back to Veterans, 1st Responders, Law enforcement, and Emergency Medical Services.
Andrea Price
Andrea is a Colorado native and has lived in the Denver metro area most of her life. She joined her father to help run the company in 2010. In that time, she has had the opportunity to work on commercial, industrial, multi-family, residential and property management. She has handled REO sales and disposition for over ten national servicers. She specializes in equestrian properties, farm and acreage properties but enjoys everything from first time home buyers to investors. She has a passion for helping people make the biggest purchase of their life as stress-free and fun as possible. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her horses and herd of dogs.
Elena Collins
Elena is a Vermont native and graduate of The University of Vermont, who made her way to Colorado in 2015 to start her professional career. She worked in an array of legal, consulting, and executive assistant positions before obtaining her real estate license in 2020. Elena has worked alongside Andrea Price since joining the Price & Co. team, and is driven, dedicated and compassionate about finding her clients their dream homes and providing excellent service along the way. She excels in helping first-time home buyers and has helped numerous frontline workers through our Foundations for the Frontlines program. Elena is passionate about horseback riding, live music, skiing, and traveling with her fiancé and golden retriever. Elena's enthusiastic attitude and caring nature is ideal for identifying each client’s desires and skillfully guiding them to fulfill their real estate goals.
Katyrn Malik
Katryn “Kat” Malik is a Maryland Eastern Shore native where she grew up riding horses. Growing up around beautiful horse barns and properties allowed Kat to ensure an appreciation of land and real estate which she has been found of since she was a kid.
She moved to Colorado in the summer of 2019 with her husband as part of a military move. She is a tech-savvy individual with a history in sales and customer service her whole life and understands how to fulfill a customer’s needs and wants. Kat is an avid outdoors woman who enjoys spending her time hunting, fishing, snowboarding, and exploring with her husband, daughter, and dog. She is also an accomplished freelance writer in various outdoor industry publications.
Erin Bergen
After moving to Colorado in 2013 Erin has come to see herself as a local. Growing up as a child of a military family she has had the opportunity to live and experience many different states and what they have to offer. As an avid skier and horseback rider Erin has been able to travel all over Colorado and see what each different town has to offer. Erin has previously worked as an assistant horseback riding trainer, this job taught her about her love for helping others and the importance of building strong relationships based on trust and devotion. Erin is an active broker participant in both our brokerage firms Equestrian Living & Foundations For The Front Lines real estate programs. Erin looks forward to helping people find their “place” whether that be a home or equine property.
Matt Allen
Matt is a Colorado native who began his career working in the corporate real estate division for a large telecommunications company prior to moving into the client & investment sector. He has his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) & Real Estate, so he brings a well-informed game plan to his clients goals. As a former Business Intelligence Analyst, he prides himself on leveraging statistics & data in order to provide precise feedback on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
Matt has a long family lineage of former and current military serviceman. He has family member’s and close friends who proudly served in many during conflicts - WWII, Korea, Vietnam , Gulf, and Iraq. Matt has a deep respect for the brave men & women who have served our country and fought on the front lines so he has a personal approach in helping current & former military members with their real estate needs.

Chip Jervis is a family man, a boater, a Real Estate Broker, a lover of coastal living and all things Northwest Florida. Chip has been an accomplished broker leader for over thirty years and has had the privilege of assisting 1200 plus sellers and buyers of residential real estate. During his professional career he has owned and operated 5 brokerage operations in Florida and Tennessee and has earned several professional designations including "Certified Residential Specialist", "Graduate of Residential Institute", "Accredited Buyer Representative", "Certified New Home Specialist" and "Military Relocation Specialist".

Chip has been married to his wife Anne for 35 years and they have 2 fine sons, 2 incredible daughters- in-law, and 5 beautiful grandchildren.
